Miss Proctor has spent a large part of her career working directly for local authorities and as such has an in depth knowledge of social care law and practice.   Within these roles Miss Proctor has been responsible for setting up new in-house advocacy teams for two local authorities.

 

Miss Proctor is well versed in both public and private law proceedings acting both for local authorities and for private parties.  Miss Proctor regularly appears in the High Court.

 

Miss Proctor has a down to earth but effective approach to cases and is extremely approachable.  Miss Proctor prides herself on excellent client care and communication.

 

Miss Proctor has an interest in travel and whilst training worked as a Judicial Clerk in Florida, and later for a law firm in Sydney.
